I won't take away their wings, but their ribs are really damn good. Pulled pork is killer too for this end of the mason-dixon line. To get a good idea (and if you got a friend or two with you), go for the flaming pig pack. You will not be disappointed. As for the alcohol, be prepared to bring a few friends along and order the trash can, and boy o boy will you be trashed.
