 I agree with the original complaint... 

It sounds like the extremely lengthy comment left in response to the "Horrible Complaint" is the restaurant trying to do damage control. I was at the party and the hostess nor our party was ever vulgar nor did Allison seem to "over consume."

In fact, I was one out of about 7 people who called the Cheescake Factory offices in California because we were so distraught over the way our party was treated. People in our party were speaking to one another but we outnumbered any other party in the restaurant so I can see how we may have seemed a little loud.

Our friends are a tight knit group and I know that the person who wrote the complaint comment was in tears after being rudely spoken to by the magement team on Monday. All of us have vowed to never return.

The manager must have been reprimanded because the details of the evening and Monday following are completely false.
