 Good brisket, but otherwise so-so 

The brisket at Ruby's was good, but everything else left a little to be desired. The place felt more like a dump than a charming hole in the wall. The sauce was kind of blah, and I found the service to be a bit surly. I'd recommended Rudy's instead.

I love their sauce. Good pork tenderloin and brisket. I love the jalapeno sausage. They serve breakfast that is fast and delcious, I enjoy the pulled brisket tortilla breakfast wrap.
