 Not very good 

I've been to Heartland on several different occasions and none of my visits have been very memorable for anything but the bad service, the awful karaoke performances and the sour-tasting food. I understand this restaurant is supposed to be reputable, so maybe I'll try it again and see what happens, but meanwhile, I wouldn't suggest going out of my way for it.
