 Fun Experience 

Ichiban's is a fun dining experience - my favorite is the teppanyaki seating around the grill, where diners can watch the chefs prepare their meals right in front of them (also fun, as they occasionally do tricks with the food or with the knives). The sushi bar is also some of the best I've had in the Twin Cities - very tasty and fresh - and this is coming from someone who doesn't normally like sushi! I'd definitely recommend reservations, and make them early in the day - Ichiban is a popular restaurant and often times not only getting in, but especially getting the grill-side seating is difficult later in the day. The restaurant is very beautiful and traditional Japanese - an appropriate place to bring business dinners or dates.
