We don't visit Knoxville much, and this is located on the UT strip, but we were in the area the other day and decided to try them out. They offer a unique selection of sandwiches/subs/clubs, but there is something for everyone. They offer toppings other places do not like sprouts. They were very quick to prepare, they had both sandwiches done by the time we got our drinks filled up. The menu says they cater and deliver. The subs themselves were great - high quality cheese and meats, fresh bread, flavorful and filling. We were pretty impressed. We may try to visit the other location in Turkey Creek (a little closer to home) in the future. The only downside would be that since they are on the UT strip, parking can be poor in the area.
