Okay... so I'm driving along route 6 in northern tier PA, just for the fall colors and scenery. Since we started in Erie, we hit Warren at lunchtime. Providence smiled on us as, on a whim, I decided to stop at Ralph E's Pub! The place was clean, and as it was 1:00 the dining room was sparsely populated. I asked Tricia, our excellent waitress, what she recommended (as is my habit when I come to a new restaurant). She recommeded The Ralphie Boy, prime rib and coleslaw. I saw 'Open Faced Prime Rib
