I've been going to mexi-casa since I was a kid and my family always goes back. Food is extremely good and cheap. Sodas are less than $1 and pitchers of beer under $5. Great place to have a satisfying lunch. Definately a local favorite.
We have been going to Mystique for years and love what plans there are to improve our experience, the theater is always great, the food at the restraunt is some of the best in Idaho, Jim is a very good master chef and brings alot to the overall experience, not many chefs still come out to the table to visit. The new patio is awesome, I can't praise this place enough...just go experience. The plays are top notch with local talent, as well as professionals from other areas bring a night that can't be matched. We saw Grease, Peter Pan, Foot Loose, and more this year and were never dissapointed. Terry Commons has greatly improved his abilities to keep new shows coming regularly by expanding the facilities with a new practice stage and set building facilities in the rear of the location. With the grant from his father he will exceed any expectations that I ever had of dinner and show in Pocatello. The parking has been a problem but the new expanded lot will provide ample parking for all who will come and enjoy the experience of the magic shows and dinner and theater. I strongly recommend making this a destination not just an other night out. See you there, we try not to miss any theater shows or dinner in a very cozy and welcoming restaurant.
