Our first time at Citrus Cafe was most encouraging. The Rt. 210 corridor has virtually no upscale restaurants, other than this one, and they are doing a lot of things right. While the ambience is far from fancy, it is very pleasant--clean, attractive and conducive to conversation. Our server was amiable and intelligent, and although we had to ask for water refills, she couldn't have been more pleasant. (She was the only server on the floor, and there were no bussers, so she was 'it.') Now to th
