Rathbun's is owned and operated by Kevin Rathbun, who is a bit of a celebrity chef due to his victory on Iron Chef America. He hasn't let it go to his head- he still is on the main line most nights, making sure everything's to perfection. And boy, does it show- I had the porterhouse, and to be honest, it rivals the steaks at Bones. The sides are mostly great, but some are a bit esoteric to the point of being out of place. Excellent Waitstaff, they're on the ball.
