This is what Tex-Mex should taste like. Fresh and flavorful, Chuy's knows how to add just enough heat to dishes without making them unbearable. I love the shrimp rellenos (stuffed peppers) with the deluxe tomatillo sauce. But, I've never had anything here that I didn't like. Plus, Chuy's is uniquely Austin. It's a great place to buy souvenirs of the city and impress guests with the relaxed vibe of Austin.
