Chilean cuisine? That's funny.
Culver's is fast food. Straight up, Wisconsin-style, burgers and fries joint. They have "butter burgers" (basically just a standard, but tasty, hamburger), a variety of sandwiches, chicken tenders, fish & chips, waffle fries, onion rings, cheese curds, and that agreeable subspecies of ice cream from the North called frozen custard. The service at Culver's is professional and friendly, a la In-N-Out (a rarity these days), and the majority of their menu items are well above average for fast food fare. But the stand-out is most definitely the frozen custard. Delicious all by itself on a cone (chocolate, vanilla, or the rotating flavor of the day), with "mix-ins," in their signature caramel cashew sundae, and exquisite in malts (screw the plain old shakes -- MALTS!) that are available in a wide variety of flavors (my favorites are vanilla, butterscotch, and blackberry). A welcome change from the ubiquitous and foul Burger King, McDonald's, and Jack In The Box drive-throughs.
There is not a week that goes by that we do not go to Taco Joe's. It is like going to our familys home each week. Great food and family takening good care of you. We love it
