Italian food was never meant to be eaten fast. unfortunately, no one told Fazoli's that. The pasta is all pre-cooked and kept under lamps in the back. the sauces are made far in advance and frozen. these shortcuts are tasted in the bland and generic food. The best part is the bread stick, but that's not enough to make me go back.
