User Reviews for Rusty Scupper - Baltimore
Best view of the inner harbor. The food is pretty good too. They cook the fish perfectly. I would recommend the broiled rockfish with crab imperial. They also have an oyster sampler with oysters from canada, new york, florida, and of course maryland. They have a pretty extensive wine list too. Great place to celebrate birthdays or holidays. They also have a sunday champagne brunch which is very good.
The Rusty Scupper looks out on the harbor and is very pretty. Their foos is alright, with not a whole lot to choose from. The portions are small and the food is expensive. The crab bisque is excellent. The service is good too.
Rusty Scupper is one of those places you take your parents when they're visiting so they can see the harbor. The harbor view is, in fact, the entire lure of the place. The food is never that amazing but at least the drinks are competent. It's a great place to catch the sunset, even if it is somewhat empty most of the time! Parking is free, too.
