Bistro Liaison is a decent French restaurant and one of the few true high-class dining opportunities in a town that favors quick and easy meals for college kids. The problem is the proprietors of Liaison know it. The prices at this little spot have spiked since it first opened and the tables have gotten more and more cramped. A valentine’s prix fixe meal there can set you back a cool two hundred dollars and have you sitting elbow to elbow with other diners. This cuisine is definitely not worth the cost.
