    Back Yard Burgers has a great number of burgers from the plain to swiss cheese and mushrooms. The also have very good chicken and fries. They are 100% better that the national chain.

    Open late and always worth a stop in. If you live in Berkeley, you love Top Dog. There is no other option. A long held favorite of students, Top Dog is a Berkeley institution. With numerous locations around town, there’s always a shop nearby so every sausage craving is easily filled. With their extensive menu of grilled sausages (the traditional hot dog is tops but the bratwurst is more than worth the extra charge), and their characteristically mouthy employees, Top Dog is a Berkeley must.
