I went expecting overhyped, underseasoned food that could only be appreciated by a crowd more interested in Rachel Bilson's latest jelly flats than the quality of crossaint being indelicately shattered on their numbly, over-collagenized lips. What I got was the best egg sandwich in recent memory, and a truly delightful, subtly spicy pumpkin pie balanced perfectly with a (if only slightly soft) gingersnap crust. I'm impressed, and I'll be back!
I've been to the one in Santa Monica... I loved it.. and it was fun celebrity gawking. I got a veggie panini, it was delicious!! Their baked goods are scrumptous as well... I loved their selection of teas.
