long time for a drink: i have been here twice in the last few months. each night it was terribly busy, and i directly went to the bar for a drink. I know people exaggerate how long they wait for things, but once i had to wait 25 minutes for someone to serve me, and the other time was nearly as long. perhaps their staff is choosy about who they wait on, but there seemed to be no method of serving guests. There were people shoving in front of me, and cutting. It seemed that 2 bartenders may be too
For a little under $40, we received 2 large cold pizzas, 4 watered down drinks shoved in a 6 compartment cardboard beer carrier, and 2 orders of cold breadsticks in a small box smothered in garlic sauce that was supposed to be in a little container. All this was given to us more than an hour after we ordered it and we’re only a few miles away.
When we tried to call the manager, he didn't take our complaint seriously and used a tone that made us think that he thought we were ridiculous for even calling about it.
