My partner and I took our parents here as a get-to-know-each-other dinner. We arrived early and were seated in the Bar till our table was ready. First off, it is a wonderful addition to Burbank - the location is on a corner with plenty of parking nearby, and the ambiance is really welcoming - deep reds and dark wood, lovely chandeliers. The waitstaff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding both food and wine, and did not just take our order but helped with the best choices. Everything was unobtrusive, from the wine-pouring to the plate removal. Portions were perfect and priced well. The steak was cooked to perfection also and priced comparable to any other steakhouse. Although we were casual but dressy, we did not feel out of place. My one complaint was that another couple were seated across from us and the man kept his baseball hat on through the meal, which we found rude in a restaurant of this caliber. I know LA is casual but a hat at a table is wrong. The whole night was very special and we were made to feel extremely welcome and like we were invited to a home and told to relax and enjoy the meal. I would highly recommend this restaurant for anytime dining.
