I've been to China One a handful of times but most recently I went after the dinner rush around 9pm. I was so disappointed that I wish I had the guts to ask for my money back. If you like Chinese buffets go to Grand China on Fivemile and Fairview. They will cook you up fresh food even when you come in right before closing. China One was out all day and lacked flavor. China One is across the street from the Western Idaho Fairgrounds.
