The food at Yen Ching is very good. I have only been a customer at lunchtime, but the lunch choices are good and resonably priced. The restaurant allows everyone ordering lunch to help themselves at the 'salad bar' which offers a tossed green salad, and cold noodle salad, and teriyake chicken drumlets. The noodle salad and drumlets are excellent! All of the lunch dishes that I have tried have been very good. The Kung Pao Chicken is excellent! It is loaded with hot peppers for those who like extra spicy food! The wait staff is less than friendly, including the owner, which is my only reason for not eating at this restaurant.
