This restaurant is a really good dim sum place that serves until 3PM, after which dim sum ends. You can still order from the full menu though, dim sum carts will just stop going around. This is a fun atmosphere and even if you are unfamiliar with dim sum, it is easy to do. Just watch out for carts going around and pick what you like. The cart ladies will stamp your card on the table which servers will tally up later when you're through with your meal.
When you first arrive at the restaurant, give the number of people in your party to the host and he/she will give you a number. This number will be called when they're ready for you so listen out for it. This is a really popular place so waits can be very busy especially on the weekends between 11:30-1PM. If you don't mind waiting anywhere from 10 minutes-about 45 minutes, it's worth it to try this place.
Servers wander around and take drink orders, ask if you want tea, and if you want chile sauce then request it now. Sometimes it can be hard to catch their attention later unless you want your bill tallied. The only downside to this place is that it's pretty big (2 floors), and if you end up seated in the corner or against a wall, sometimes you get passed by carts. Another downside is that sometimes the cart you want doesn't come around for a long time. If you can't read Chinese you won't really know how much each dish is when they stamp your card. However, dim sum is pretty inexpensive when you tally it all up, and it all tastes delicious at Hei-la Moon.
