Black Cat Farm Table Bistro serves inspired, organic cuisine based on the just-picked produce from its own seventy acre farm. By day, Chef-Farmer Eric Skokan cares for the vegetables out in his fields. Each evening finds him in the kitchen crafting dishes on his daily changing menu. The same care goes into the restaurants award winning wine list boasting over 300 selections. Chef Skokan and Sommelier Jeremiah Allen select wines that respect the cuisine and have a sense of place. this was a great time and meal, we were greated and seated promptly the waiter came to our table quickly, joked and told us the daily specials, our drinks came to our table in a prompt manner and our glasses never got empty, we ordered the burgers and fries the patties are an 8 oz patty and prepared to order(i.e. med,med well,rare,well done ) and the steak fries were hot and crispie , the meal was great and the pub has everything that you need a game room with pool tables and dart boards and 13
