The Twin Dragon restaurant is located directly across from Shaw Air Force Base. The building is old and dilapidated, but the new sign out front says that they are open. I found the inside to be clean and the restaurant staff to be very accomodating. A small buffet was set up during the lunch hour, which was delicious. There is enough seating for about 60 people inside.
