As buffets go, this one has a better-than-average choice of entres and salads...not the usual peas-and-carrots. Very pleased with the service..more than I usually find at buffets. I was impressed with Bourbon Street Chicken, and very surprised to find so many other tasty dishes. There seems to be something for everyone's taste here. My hubby was thrilled to find fried chicken livers (yuk, to my taste, but he loves them!) Give this place a try. Only negative we found was that the dishes seemed to
