Common Grounds is unlike any of the other 'designer' coffeehouses in the area. The setting is an old house, located in the always eclectic Chevy Chase area, complete with wood floors, many tables, comfy couches and local artwork displayed on the walls. The feel is very neighbourly, whether you happen to be there when it's slow or even when it's 'hoppin''.
