The River Cafe is known for its views - it's located right below the Brooklyn Bridge and has stunning views of downtown Manhattan, the East River and the Statue of Liberty - and rightly so. However, the food is equally as good. I had one of the best steaks I have ever had here (and I've been to all of the big steakhouses in the city (Sparks, the Palm, etc.)). The service was impeccable as well. Dessert - a chocolate Brooklyn Bridge - was the perfect end to the evening. I can't wait to go back.
