The Heaven Dragon, formerly the Jasmine Cafe, is located near King Soopers on Hwy 287 between 10th and Miramonte. We ordered Almond Chicken, Sesame Chicken, and Cashew Chicken, and each dish was quite tasty. While the predecessor of this restaurant was known for its unusual spin on many classic Chinese dishes, the new restaurant features much more standard, traditional fare. This results in a menu that is not particularly remarkable, but fits the bill if well-prepared, ordinary Chinese food is what you're craving. Upon becoming the Heaven Dragon, the dining room got a makeover and features some beautiful etched glass and a somewhat classier feel than the old restaurant. Every time I have been in there, everything is immaculate, something that I value highly in a restaurant. Unlike the former restaurant, Heaven Dragon does not offer delivery service. They do, however, have carryout available. Entrees ordered for dinner come with fried or steamed rice only
