Quality of the ingredients is what makes this place so special. Visiting the fish counter, you will see species of fish that I have never seen before in my life. They fly in fresh fish on a daily basis and you can tell the quality when you see it. I had grilled octopus which was spectacular with the Milos Special (fried zucchini and eggplant), incredible.
