I have been to both Mr. Gatti's restaurants in Ashland, KY and the Gattiland in Ashland and they have much better service. This Mr. Gatti's is slow in preparing their food, so the buffet is often bare. There is an older gentleman who works there that is extremely rude and unfriendly towards customers. Cashiers almost always refuse to give the discounts advertised and they always have an excuse. The older fellow mentioned above was on the cash register on one occasion and refused to give me a dis
