The owners are the cooks, the average cost for a meal is under $10.00. They offer combo meals which include a drink and egg roll for less than $6.50. This place is inside the flour mill on the lower floor. They have take out or eat inside which has about 8 - 10 tables. The mint ice tea is my favorite. They also have things in the restaurant that are for sale, things they made - paintings, cards, orgami, and etc...
