Splash is a great restaurant,however it is not my favorite. It is only open during the summer, and I tend to go about once a summer. The food is over priced and the service is kind of snooty. However people pay this kind of money to drink out of plastic cups and eat semi crap food because of the view. It's right on the dock and you have the best view of the lake and Vermont's beautiful sunsets. These are the best views ever, and people will pay for them. It's also convenient if you are boating that day, because you can pull right up and dock for free while you eat. It's over priced and I would normally say that it's not worth it. However everyone should go at least once, because it's just so darn beautiful. The food ranges from burgers to seafood. They have some unique specials but I have never tried them. The outdoor atmostphere is great and there is also a bar with a lot of great summer options.
