Our caterer met with us twice, the first time with my husband to be and the second time with just me. The first visit was to discuss the overall ideas we had for our wedding. This caterer does take care of the flowers, cakes, table coverings, center pieces and the dinner. On the second visit, he and I went over exactly what we wanted. He hand wrote a proposal with a bottom line price. We had some difficulty getting ahold of him but when he did not return phone calls I would fax him the status of
