La Posta is a tiny resturaunt on the westside that deserves to be mentioned along with some of the more popular Mexican-American resturaunts in Roswell. No frills, neon signs or TV ads for La Posta - Just good food at a reasonable price. I would like to recommend the Menudo (beef tripe stewed in red chile) and the Steak Burrito smothered in red or green sauce. Also, the seafood at La Posta is great! Keep up the good work and I will keep coming back!
