The pizza crust is hard to the point where a butter knife with a serrated edge requires a sawing action to cut through. Don was called over and explained this is the way their crust is. Our bill was adjusted leaving us with the shredded lettuce salad to pay for which is stated in the menu as being a bottomless bowl, we barely had 1/2 a small salad bowl each. We weren't impressed with all the lettuce and nothing else salad. Don was less than customer friendly being very matter of fact leaving us
