depending on when you go there, be prepared for a 30minute+ wait to get seated and a waiter/waitress who isn't comepletely attentive to your empty drinks and need for another side of ranch dressing. The food is usally prepared correctly and I have never had it served cold unless it was ordered that way on purpose. If you go there with children under 9 years old, it is a smart idea to ask that their meals be served with the appetizers in order to make sure the kids get fed before they start bouncing off the walls.
