I'm not an expert on casino dining but I gotta tell ya that Downey's is not Vegas. But if your tastes run to the finer things...relaxed but attentive service, really well thought out dishes of very high quality and a very good wine list...Then this is the place for you. But alas, no Keno cards at the tables. Oh and the restrooms seemed fine to me but I didn't go there to 'rest'.
