The fish at East Coast Grill is expensive, but I have had several seafood dishes that are absolutely amazing, so it's well worth it. However, the bbq is also delicious! I think the meat dishes are an underrated part of East Coast's menu. The BBQ Trio includes three different types of barbecued pork/beef, baked beans, a HUGE side of cornbread, coleslaw, and watermelon. I challenge you to finish this dish, it's big! I like to eat at the bar at East Coast because the tables are a bit rickety and there is often a long wait for a table. The service is very good and you'll see the same servers every time. The open kitchen allows you to see how much fun the cooks are having! Although many of the menu items could be considered casual gourmet, the atmosphere is fun and chilled out. Try their Hell Night if you want to burn the tastebuds right off your tongue! If you're into that sort of thing, get reservations far in advance!
