I love Giordanos, but this location sucks. I waited over an hour for a small pizza and when I got it, there was a hair in my food. Management refused to give me a refund, but offered me another pizza. WTF? Who wants another pizza when the 1st one had hair in it?
Nice welcome by the head waitress. the ambiance was very mediocre, and the setup of the dinning room is clumsy with their working table visible. Food quality is so, so. the cleanliness is OK but not too good-- I mean the way they handle the plates, and utensils, etc. Prices are too high for the over all value they are delivering.
