I've been to Heartland on several different occasions and none of my visits have been very memorable for anything but the bad service, the awful karaoke performances and the sour-tasting food. I understand this restaurant is supposed to be reputable, so maybe I'll try it again and see what happens, but meanwhile, I wouldn't suggest going out of my way for it.
It seems that every other time I go here I get bad food and service. They have more authentic mexican food. Try their white cheese dip if you go. It's always been good.
