I am a pork chop gal. OMG! The pork chop looked like a rack of lamb when it came out. It was the most beautiful presentation I have ever seen for a HUGE chuck of pork. It was propped on top of mashed potatoes and veggies. GORGEOUS!! And the taste....delicious
