I believe the place is know for sushi, but I am not a fan of raw fish. The restaurant area was very chic, too. There were hand-blown glass sculptures on the ceiling that looked a bit strange, but it was a nice atmosphere. The menu is not extensive, but there are varying options. Prices are a bit high overall, but to be expected of a 4-star restaurant. The wait staff is mainly clean-cut males in nice suits. The dishware is very nice, with some dishes being hand-made in France (by Hermès). The rolls are absolutely amazing; they come fresh out of the oven, along with an attractive cone of butter.
