This is a little hidden sushi restaurant in Preston Center, home of George W. Bush's new office. For some reason, they are never crowded - I guess many don't know about it. The service is amazing - from the moment you walk in you are catered too. They give you hot towels to wash your hands, are always refilling drinks, and give you orange slices for dessert. They play loud rock and roll music, but it is quiet enough to still have a conversation. The fish is always fresh, and I have had everything from edamame to salads to sushi and sashimi here. My favorite roll is the Sunset Roll, which has crab salad topped w/ fresh salmon & thinly sliced lemon. Definitely worth finding and trying.
