On a low Saturday night, my husband and I got lousy service...waitress paid more attention to baby behind us than to our table. When I got my food it was cold. We were promised compensation by the management (Gift Certificate to be mailed) and when we followed up, we were told our complaint did not warrant any compensation. Cashier not interested in our problems, and kind of joked about it. Definetly not a good experience.
