I need to eat at Chili's on the nights that the other people who gave great reviews go. I have been eating at Chili's for 20 years and have never had bad experiences until moving to Kingsport. Our first visit there, the floor was so dirty and sticky that we almost walked out. Made me wonder what the kitchen looked like...
