This place is a classic...much better than the "other" Coney Island right next door to it. Their coney dogs are the best I've had in this city. The servers are friendly and the service is lightening speed!

Lafayette Coney Island is a fantastic restaurant that is located near Comerica Park. This is a place you need to go before seeing the Tigers take on their opponent. The hot dogs are much cheaper here than anywhere in the ballpark. Nothing about this restaurant is fancy, but the food tastes great.
