About Mosaic Restaurant
Mosaic, defined as many pieces joining to form a whole, is the collaboration of sisters Athina, Maria, and Stella Papas. This next generation of the Papas family, whose father, Jim Papas, founded GreektownԳ landmark restaurants, Pegasus and FishboneԳ Rhythm Kitchen Caf, partnered in the Atheneum Suite Hotel, and was responsible for bringing gaming to Detroit, will be adding their own innovation to downtown DetroitԳ foodscape. These key landmarks inspired the Papas sisters to create a new dining venue combining creative world cuisine with aesthetic architecture.
