They really do make the best Chicago-style outside of Chicago.
I like how the restaurant is made to almost look like a fine-dining establishment. It really puts a new twist on the pizzeria idea.
It takes these pizzas quite a while to cook. Be sure to account for an extra 30-60 minutes for dining time if you order one of these.
They make a whole variety of sandwiches and salads as well. I'd suggest trying their classic Italian sub. Getting cheese sticks with your pizza wouldn't be overkill either!
One thing I must say about all pj's that I have been to is that the quality and quantity are very consistant. I always have great experiences each time I visit. I do not drink coffee from anywhere else and will go out of my way to get to a pj's. The baristas are always friendly and funny. I can't find one thing I dont like about pj's. Everything is great. Support pj's-it is a great coffee experience.
