If you haven’t been to the Majestic Theatre Complex, then you’re not living it up!
The Majestic Café adjoins the theatre to the rest of the complex. It’s a nice dining area with comfortable seats and lots of windows for people watching.
The food can be hit or miss. I’m not a fan of the Mediterranean they serve here because it’s sort of mixed with Italian. It just doesn’t go over well. There’s pepperoncini in the hummus, for example. It made it taste strange and I didn’t like it at all. Don’t get me started on the fattoush.
Their seafood, on the other hand, is really exceptional. I’m a big fan of grabbing their seafood tacos for lunch. The tacos have shrimp, crab, lobster, and fish in them. Talk about a seafood combo! It comes with a lot of toppings and is just wonderful. Get these and split an order of salmon cakes. You won’t be disappointed!
If you plan on dining here, keep in mind that it’s a little more expensive than other restaurants in the area. It’s not too bad though. Expect somewhere between $15-20 for a meal. If you get the right item on the menu, this can be well worth the few extra dollars.
