Serving some of the most bland mexican food I've ever had. Hamburger helper, ketchup and cheddar cheese approximate the taste of most meals.
Its sad to watch a restaurant in decline, but if you're into tearjerkers and car accidents Jalapenos is the place for you. Once a great Mexican Restaurant the quality went down hill fast when its Mexican kitchen staff all walked. If you want Mexican food cooked by the finest Syracuse natives you have two choices: Jalapenos or Taco Bell. Sadly I would pick Taco Bell.
